Below is our online reservation form to attend the Heritage Banquet at the Hines Center on September 18, 2009.  Information with an asterisk (*) is required.  Please make sure you register everyone in your party, so we have an accurate head count.  Alumni may register seperately from parents and family. 

 

Seating is limited.  Please reserve your spot quickly.  Due to size and space restrictions, our banquet is only open to former students (class of 2009 and earlier) and all present and past parents, grandparents, teachers and staff.

 

We are sorry that we cannot accommodate children or siblings of alumni or younger HCS students.  (Reservations are for high school age students and older.)
